The Court case and Judicial Review has now concluded but there has not been a decision from the Judge.
After two days in Court we are feeling both exhausted and very proud of the legal team who put forward excellent arguments. We would not be here without their knowledge and expertise and we know every owner would feel immense pride in how we were represented.
It is hard to walk out of Court with no outcome and we know this will feel frustrating, but this is a very complex case with a lot of paperwork so will have to wait and have faith that Justice Lang will look at everything thoroughly before making her decision. There is no set timeframe for the decision to be made, sometimes judgements can take months, we are hopeful to hear something before Christmas but this is not guaranteed.
